On September 6th, Kim Viet Factory successfully hosted its First Employee Skills Competition, promoting learning through competition and strengthening the skills that support consistent product quality.
The competition focused on five key production skills: skiving, double-needle stitching, shoelacing, strobeling, and lasting.
A professional judging team from QC and IE evaluated participants based on operational standards, finished-product quality, and efficiency.
After an intense competition, top performers emerged across all five categories. Vietnamese employees from different production areas and expatriate supervisors gathered on stage to celebrate the achievements and capture a memorable moment of teamwork and unity.
