III. Clean Energy and PV Low-Carbon Development
(1) Photovoltaic Construction at Domestic Facilities
In response to China’s Dual-Carbon Strategy, the Group has consolidated resources across multiple domestic production bases to build a distributed photovoltaic cluster with a total installed capacity of 9,963.96 kWp. Making efficient use of idle rooftop space at manufacturing sites without occupying additional land resources, the project operates under the model of self-consumption, with surplus power fed into the grid. Clean green power replaces conventional thermal power, lowering purchased electricity volume and substantially cutting Scope 2 carbon emissions. As a flagship project, it supports delivery of the Group’s SBTi targets and enables synergies between low-carbon decarbonization and operational efficiency gains.

(2) Photovoltaic Capacity-Expansion Plan for Overseas Facilities in Vietnam and Cambodia
Leveraging local clean-energy policies in Vietnam and Cambodia, the Group has officially launched a photovoltaic capacity-expansion and upgrade programme for its overseas sites. The project will fully utilise idle rooftop space to scale up PV installed capacity. Upon completion, generated green power will be primarily consumed on-site, with surplus power fed into the grid. This will further optimize overseas production-side energy mix and support long-term low-carbon compliant operations as well as energy-cost savings for overseas bases.
