VI. Full-Life-Cycle Chemicals Management (ZDHC Standard)
Benchmarking against international ZDHC environmental standards, the Group has built a closed-loop full-life-cycle management system for chemicals. Raw production materials including adhesives, dyes and treatment agents undergo incoming screening and testing upon warehouse receipt to strictly restrict hazardous substances such as heavy metals and phthalates. Standardized warehouses adopt zoned storage with anti-seepage containment for compliant storage. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are complete and traceable. Chemical waste is sorted and disposed of in accordance with requirements, fully satisfying compliance audit requirements for international brand supply chains.
