VII. Standardized Waste Management
The Group maintains a standardized, traceable waste-management system and implements classified control for solid waste and hazardous waste. For general solid waste such as leather offcuts, textile scraps and packaging materials, process optimization, waste recovery and circular reuse enhance resource-recovery rates. Hazardous waste including residual adhesive, spent solvents and sludge is stored in dedicated anti-seepage warehouses with complete ledgers, labelling and waste transfer manifests. Such waste is handed over to licensed qualified contractors for proper disposal. Meanwhile, technical retrofits are carried out to achieve waste reduction at source.
