It has established a comprehensive human rights management system and implements control measures across seven core areas to fully safeguard employees' legitimate rights and interests, while also driving supply chain partners to adhere to human rights compliance standards.

Prohibition of Child Labor
The Company strictly enforces the statutory minimum employment age requirement. Identity verification is conducted at the onboarding stage to eliminate the recruitment of child labor at the source. A child labor remediation plan has been established, and regular internal training is provided to enhance management's ability to identify related risks. In addition, the prohibition of child labor has been incorporated into supplier management requirements to mitigate the risk of child labor within the supply chain.
Prohibition of Forced Labor
The Company upholds the principle of voluntary employment and prohibits all forms of forced labor, including debt bondage and coerced labor. Employee identity documents shall not be withheld, no employment deposits shall be collected, and all recruitment fees shall be borne by the employer, thereby fully safeguarding employees' right to freely terminate their employment. An independent grievance and reporting channel has been established, and regular labor risk inspections are conducted to strictly prohibit any violations such as restrictions on personal freedom.
Occupational Health and Safety
The Company has established a workplace safety management mechanism in accordance with the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Regular human rights risk assessments and management reviews are conducted to drive continuous improvement in safety management.

Reedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
The Company fully respects employees' freedom of association, ensures equal communication between employee representatives and management, and provides accessible channels for employees to voice their rights and interests.
Prohibition of Discrimination
The Company upholds a fair and inclusive employment philosophy and prohibits any form of discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, household registration, marital status, or any other grounds throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including recruitment, compensation, promotion, training, and contract termination.
Prohibition of Disciplinary Misconduct
The Company strictly prohibits all forms of improper disciplinary practices, including corporal punishment, mental abuse, financial penalties, humiliation, and intimidation. Policy documents such as the Zero Tolerance Statement on Workplace Violence and Harassment and the Employee Grievance Management Procedure have been issued, and a dedicated grievance hotline and email address have been established. Should any employee experience improper treatment, they may submit a report at any time. The Company will conduct an independent and impartial investigation, respect the right to privacy, and follow up with corrective actions to ensure closed-loop management.
Supplier and Subcontractor Oversight
The Company holds regular on-site meetings with the supply chain and conducts supply chain training programs. In addition, labor and human rights compliance has been incorporated into the qualification and assessment criteria for suppliers and subcontractors.
